Staff were very friendly, and our stay at the hotel was pleasant and enjoyable. Room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The hotel's location in the center of Carbondale was exactly what we were looking for. Hotel breakfast and general facilities were great.

I thought the room was very comfortable for my use of the bed- very clean- easy to park and close the the lobby. I was at an event around the corner so the location was perfect. Breakfast was good.

Great location in downtown Carbondale for visiting a student. Really enjoyed the outdoor set up in the front. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. Included a kitchenette and hot plate if needed. After checking in, room service texted to check in that everything was ok with the room. They also checked in the following day which was nice in case we had needed anything. Husband is a train fan so he slept on the side of the bed facing the window to watch for those. He thoroughly enjoyed that!

Very friendly and efficient staff. Room was very clean and spacious. Only reason they did not score a 10 is due to a couple of minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed.

Good, walkable downtown location with a great suite for a family gathering. Loved the kitchenette, sofa and storage options.

Very clean, rooms were well appointed and organized. The location is very convenient. We didn’t use the fitness room but it was well equipped and looked very clean.
